Throughout the workshop, participants actively utilized popular AI apps such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok, experiencing firsthand the potential of these tools in enhancing educational practices.

The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the speakers from Plaksha University for their insightful contributions and the teachers for their active involvement. It was indeed an enriching and thought-provoking experience that opened new horizons for the role of AI in education.

Grandparents are among the most admired and loved members of a family. They provide immense support to the family system. They are our favourite storytellers and affectionate teachers. Stories of their achievements inspire young minds for a lifetime, nurturing children’s spirit and encouraging emotional growth.

Grandparents are our cheerleaders, motivators and role models. In this session, grandparents of student of class Pre-Primary, Mr. Tilak Raj Sharma and Mrs. Shashi Sharma, were invited to school to conduct a Storytelling and Value Education session. The session began with the grandparents introducing themselves to the children and expressing their excitement at spending the day with them. They engaged the children in a value-based story using PowerPoint Presentation.

They further encouraged students to participate in rhymes and games and asked follow-up questions to keep them engaged. They also shared experiences of their own childhood, creating a personal connection with the students.

The grandparents concluded the session by expressing their happiness at meeting the young learners. They promised to visit again in the future for more exciting sessions. The children presented a ‘Thank You Card’ to both the grandparents to show their love and gratitude.

Additionally, each Pre-Primary student made a Thank You Card (take away) for their grandparents as a token of love and respect. This celebration strengthened the bond between generations and created happy memories for both children and their grandparents.

                                            1. Mystery Clue – Race to Decode Society

In this action-packed competition, students raced against time to solve riddles, puzzles, symbolic objects, and situational prompts, all connected to sociological concepts and contemporary issues. The activity created a thrilling atmosphere as teams engaged in quick thinking and problem-solving. Students gave highly positive feedback, appreciating the challenging yet enjoyable format.

                                            2. Socio-Scene – Decode the Norm

In this competition, visuals such as advertisements, film stills, and photographs were displayed to the participants, who were required to identify the embedded social issue within two minutes and suggest a constructive solution. The session witnessed vibrant discussions and fresh insights, with participants showing originality and clarity of thought.

Children of Pre-school were filled with excitement and wonder as our young learners embarked on a magical story telling journey on good manners and personal hygiene. A loving grandmother conducted an engaging activity in the form of an interactive story telling session on good manners and personal hygiene. Using colourful puppets and simple props, she engaged the children into thought provoking situations which caught the attention of the little ones. Through puppets, she explained the importance of magic words, greeting others politely, sharing with friends, washing hands before eating, and keeping oneself clean. The children enjoyed the lively narrative and happily repeated the good habits they learnt. The story telling session encouraged a sense of responsibility towards oneself and others by promoting mindful personal care, thus fostering lifelong self-care and confidence in young learners.
