​CLASS : PRE-SCHOOL 1 RAINY DAY RAMBLING & MONSOON HEALTH GUIDE

The “Rainy Day Rambling & Monsoon Health Guide” activity was conducted on Monday, 20 July 2026, as part of “Downpour Fiesta – The Monsoon Week.” A colourful rainy-day scene was beautifully depicted to create an engaging monsoon-themed environment for the Prechoolers.

Children observed and explored various things associated with the rainy season, including corn, umbrellas, gumboots, samosas, jalebis and other monsoon-related objects and foods.

Through an interactive discussion, children shared their experiences of rainy days and learned about healthy habits to follow during the monsoon season. They were encouraged to keep themselves dry, wear appropriate rain gear, wash their hands, drink clean water, eat hygienic food and maintain personal hygiene.

The activity provided children with an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience while helping them understand the special features of the rainy season and the importance of staying healthy and safe during monsoons.

​CLASS : PRE-PRIMARY TALK BY THE DOCTOR – PROMOTING HEALTHY SMILES

An informative and interactive session, ‘Talk by the Doctor,’ was conducted for the Pre-Primary students on Monday, 20 July 2026, with Dr. Bhumika Madan (Dentist). The session aimed to create awareness among young learners about the ill effects of excessive sugar consumption and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.

Dr. Madan engaged the children through simple explanations alongside a Power-point Presentation, lively discussions and interesting demonstrations, helping them understand how sugary foods and drinks can harm their teeth. She highlighted the importance of brushing twice a day, following the correct brushing technique, eating healthy foods and visiting the dentist regularly to keep their teeth strong and healthy.

The children enthusiastically participated by answering questions, sharing their brushing habits and interacting with the doctor. The session encouraged them to make healthier food choices and develop good dental care practices from an early age.

The interactive talk proved to be both educational and enjoyable, leaving the children with valuable lessons on caring for their teeth and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

​REPORT ON THE ASSEMBLY – LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE

Delhi Public School, Dwarka conducted a vibrant and uplifting morning assembly on the theme ‘Laughter is the Best Medicine’ on Tuesday, 14 July 2026. Organised by the students of Classes VII, VIII, and XI, the assembly highlighted the importance of laughter in promoting emotional well-being, reducing stress, and fostering positivity in everyday life.

The assembly commenced with a thought-provoking Thought for the Day which reminded everyone that a smile has the ability to brighten lives and strengthen relationships. The message was further reinforced through a heartfelt poem recitation, which portrayed laughter as a simple yet powerful remedy for life's challenges.

Adding an engaging dimension to the programme was an insightful podcast titled Laughter Lab, where students explored the physical, emotional, and psychological benefits of laughter, encouraging everyone to embrace joy as an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

The students then took a solemn Child Safety Pledge, reaffirming the school's commitment to providing a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for every child.

It culminated with the singing of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with a spirit of unity and patriotism.

The assembly served as a refreshing reminder that laughter is a universal language that uplifts the human spirit, nurtures emotional resilience, and strengthens bonds, inspiring everyone to spread happiness and kindness in their daily lives.

​CLASSES VI-VIII ASSEMBLIES ON WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING

Delhi Public School, Dwarka conducted an engaging series of classroom assemblies on the theme ‘Waste Management and Recycling’ across Classes VI, VII, and VIII on Tuesday, 21 July 2026. Organised by the students of all sections, the assemblies aimed to create awareness about responsible waste disposal, sustainable living, and the importance of adopting eco-friendly habits in everyday life. Each class explored a unique aspect of the theme, making the learning experience enriching and diverse.

The assemblies commenced with a serene prayer, followed by a thought-provoking Thought for the Day that inspired students to become responsible custodians of the environment. This was followed by meaningful poem recitations that highlighted the urgent need to protect the Earth through mindful consumption and effective waste management.

Students of Class VI focused on the importance of the 3Rs – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, presenting informative skits and interactive talks that demonstrated simple yet effective ways to minimise waste at home and in school. Class VII explored the topic ‘From Waste to Wonder’, showcasing innovative presentations and engaging talk shows that illustrated how discarded materials can be transformed into useful and creative products through upcycling. Class VIII presented on ‘Towards a Zero Waste Future’ through impactful skits, discussions, encouraging sustainable practices, mindful consumption, and collective efforts to build a cleaner and greener tomorrow.

Adding colour and creativity to the celebrations, several sections prepared vibrant posters, catchy slogans, informative placards, and creative displays, effectively reinforcing the message of environmental responsibility and inspiring their peers to become agents of change.

The assemblies concluded with an Environmental Pledge, where students reaffirmed their commitment to reducing waste, recycling responsibly, and protecting natural resources. The programme culminated with the singing of the National Anthem, instilling a sense of unity and collective responsibility.

The classroom assemblies served as a meaningful platform to sensitise students towards environmental conservation, encouraging them to embrace sustainable practices and contribute actively towards building a cleaner, greener, and more responsible future.

In compliance with the directions issued by the Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi Public School, Dwarka conducted a comprehensive POCSO and Child Safety Awareness Workshop for the supporting and non-teaching staff. The session aimed to strengthen awareness regarding child protection, reinforce the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and equip all staff members with the knowledge and responsibility required to ensure a safe and secure school environment.

The workshop was conducted by Ms. Jasmeet Kaur, PGT Legal Studies and Master Trainer, Mr. Ujjawal Sharma, TGT Geography and Ms. Smritika Saggi, Senior School Counselor, who sensitized the participants about various forms of child abuse, behavioural indicators of abuse, the legal framework under the POCSO Act, mandatory reporting obligations, and the crucial role of every staff member in safeguarding children. Emphasis was laid on maintaining professional boundaries, responding appropriately to disclosures, ensuring confidentiality, and promptly reporting any suspicion or incident of child abuse through the prescribed mechanisms.

An interactive Child Protection and Safety session was conducted for the administrative staff to strengthen their awareness and understanding of their role in ensuring a safe school environment. Through practical scenarios, case-based discussions, and real-life examples, participants developed a deeper understanding of child safeguarding, appropriate responses to concerns, and their responsibilities in protecting children. The session highlighted key preventive measures, safe school practices, and the importance of vigilance, empathy, prompt reporting, and timely intervention in creating a secure, child-friendly, and nurturing environment for every student.

The workshop concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, followed by a collective pledge by all participants to uphold child rights, ensure the safety and dignity of every child, and contribute towards fostering a secure and nurturing educational environment.

The programme was well received by the participants and served as a significant step towards strengthening the school’s commitment to child protection and compliance with the directives of the Directorate of Education.

AWARENESS ACTIVITIES ON VECTOR-BORNE DISEASES
Day/Date: Wednesday, 15 July 2026

To raise awareness about Dengue, Chikungunya, and Malaria, a series of activities was organized in the school during July.

1. Students from various houses prepared informative soft boards under the guidance of their teachers, highlighting the causes, symptoms, prevention, and control of vector-borne diseases.
2. House meetings were conducted on Tuesday, 07 July 2026 for Classes VI–XII, during which House Wardens educated students about these diseases and encouraged them to adopt preventive measures and spread awareness in their communities.
3. To reinforce the message in a creative manner, an Inter-House Poster Making Competition (Class VIII) and an Inter-House Slogan Writing Competition (Class VII) were organized on Wednesday, 15 July 2026. Students enthusiastically conveyed important messages on mosquito control and disease prevention through their posters and slogans.
4. A Dengue Prevention Awareness Parade was also conducted in the school corridors, where students displayed informative placards promoting cleanliness, prevention of water stagnation, and protection against mosquito bites.
5. In addition, a circular on the prevention and control of vector-borne diseases was issued to all students and acknowledged by their parents. It outlined preventive measures and encouraged parents to support the school’s efforts by maintaining a clean environment and eliminating mosquito breeding sites.

These activities successfully promoted awareness, encouraged healthy practices, and inspired students to serve as responsible ambassadors of public health in their homes and communities.

MUSICAL STORYTELLING SESSION

A captivating and delightful Musical Storytelling Session was organised at Delhi Public School, Dwarka, in collaboration with Oxford University Press, on 15 July 2026. Conducted in two sessions—one for the students of Class IV and the other for Class VI—the programme aimed to foster creativity, ignite imagination, and cultivate a lifelong love for stories and reading.

The sessions were conducted by Ms. Vasudha Ahuja, a certified storyteller from Kathalaya, accompanied by Mr. Kunal, a talented guitarist whose soulful music beautifully complemented the storytelling experience.

The sessions were vibrant, immersive, and highly interactive. Through expressive narration, melodious music, and engaging activities, students participated with remarkable enthusiasm, responded confidently to thought-provoking questions, and eagerly shared their ideas. The seamless blend of storytelling and music captivated the young learners, encouraged creative thinking, and inspired them to express themselves freely.

The storytelling sessions concluded on a cheerful and enriching note, leaving the students enthralled and inspired with a renewed appreciation for the magic of stories, the power of imagination, and the joy of reading.

​CLASS : PRE-SCHOOL 1 ACTIVITY - TWIRL INTO TALES
Day/Date: Wednesday, 15 July 2026

On Wednesday, 15 July 2026, the “Twirl into Tales” activity was conducted to encourage love for reading and storytelling amongst Pre-School children.

The little ones came dressed as their favourite storybook characters, confidently introducing themselves by speaking a few simple lines about their chosen character. The colourful costumes brought popular stories to life and filled the classroom with excitement and imagination.

Children enthusiastically participated in music, dance, fun games and enjoyed cheerful photo sessions with their friends. The activity helped enhance their confidence, communication skills, creativity, and self-expression while making story time a memorable and joyful experience. It was a delightful celebration that inspired children to explore the magical world of books and stories.

​CLASS : PRE-SCHOOL1 INTERACTIVE SESSION BY COMMUNITY HELPERS POLICE OFFICER & TRAFFIC POLICE OFFICER (PARENT PARTICIPATION)
Day/Date: Tuesday, 14 July 2026

Through interactive session and real-life experiences, children learn to appreciate the valuable services provided by different community helpers and develop respect for their contributions. On Tuesday, 14 July 2026, an interactive session was conducted by a Police Officer parent, Mr. Rajat Malik, Sub Inspector (Police Station, Sector-10, Dwarka) and a Traffic Police Officer, Mr. Jai Prakash, Sub Inspector Traffic (Dwarka) giving children a firsthand understanding of their professions and responsibilities.

The police officer explained the important role of policemen in keeping people safe, maintaining law and order, protecting citizens and helping during emergencies. He introduced the children to his workplace (police station), uniform, official vehicle and the various tools used in his daily duties, such as a whistle, baton, walkie-talkie, handcuffs and traffic signals.

The Traffic Police Officer spoke about his responsibility of managing traffic and ensuring road safety. He explained the importance of following traffic rules, obeying traffic lights, using zebra crossings and wearing helmets and seat belts. Both officers shared simple yet valuable safety tips, encouraging children to stay with trusted adults, be alert while crossing roads and seek help from a police officer whenever needed.

The session was highly interactive, with children eagerly answering questions, sharing their ideas and actively participating throughout. They were excited to learn directly from the officers and showed great curiosity about their uniforms, vehicles, equipment and daily responsibilities.

Overall, the session was educational, enjoyable and inspiring. It helped the children develop respect and appreciation for our police personnel while creating awareness about safety and the vital role these community helpers play in keeping our society safe. We sincerely thank our parent volunteer and the Traffic Police Officer for making this learning experience memorable for our young learners.

A Child Safety Pledge was conducted on 13 & 14 July 2026 for the students of classes I to V with the objective of creating awareness about personal safety, respect and responsible behaviour.

The session highlighted the importance of understanding safe and unsafe situations, speaking up when feeling uncomfortable and seeking help from trusted adults. Students enthusiastically participated and took a pledge to protect themselves and others by being kind and considerate.

They also learned the value of following safety rules both in school and outside. The activity reinforced the school's commitment to providing a safe, secure and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and protected.

​CLASS : EARLY YEARS 1 POWER OF FIVE: THE SENSES WEEK
Day/Date: Monday, 06 July 2026 – Friday, 10 July 2026

Eyes to see the morning light,

Five small ways the moments pass.

During the "Power of Five: The Senses Week," children were engaged in a variety of interactive experiences designed to explore their five senses. The week commenced with a nature walk titled "I Spy with My Little Eye," where the children actively observed and described the natural world around them before participating in a memory game. Following this, the children explored the sense of hearing during the "Sound of Music" session, where they created their own musical rhythms using small everyday utensils brought from home, such as plates, spoons, and bowls. The sensory exploration continued with a "Savour Session" focused on the sense of taste. For this activity, the children brought in a variety of separate food containers containing sweet, sour, salty, and bitter items, allowing them to taste, compare, and identify different flavours. With five amazing ways to explore, the ‘Senses Week’ closed its busy door!!

To emphasize the significance of yoga in fostering a healthy lifestyle, a class assembly on "Yoga : Harmony and Balance Within” was conducted on Friday, 10 July 2026 by the students of class VC.

The morning assembly commenced with the rendition of a song dedicated to yoga and a warm welcome to the school community after the summer break.This was followed by the Thought for the Day: "Yoga is the artwork of awareness on the canvas of body, mind and soul."

The students enlightened the audience about the origin of yoga, explaining that the word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit word 'Yog', meaning 'to unite'. They highlighted yoga's ancient roots in the Rig Veda and its evolution into a practice that promotes physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The significance of celebrating International Day of Yoga on 21^st June was also shared.

Through informative presentations, the students explained the numerous benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, better posture, stress management, enhanced concentration, sound sleep and overall wellness. They emphasised that yoga nurtures patience, discipline, mindfulness and kindness towards oneself and others.

The beautiful demonstration of Surya Namaskar on stage with synchronized movements reflected discipline, focus and confidence. The performance highlighted the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being and motivated everyone to adopt yoga as part of their lives.

A heartfelt poem titled "The Temple of the Self" beautifully conveyed the harmony between the body, mind and soul adding a reflective touch to the assembly. The programme concluded with the message that yoga is not merely a physical exercise but a way of life that encourages peace, balance, and compassion in our daily lives.

CHILD SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING FOR TEACHERS

Executive Summary

A training programme on Child Safety Awareness was successfully conducted via a virtual platform on Wednesday, 01 July 2026. Organised by the Delhi Police for the educators of the Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi, the webinar aimed to sensitize teachers to legal mandates, institutional guidelines, and practical safety protocols required to build a secure and nurturing learning ecosystem for students.

Key Objectives Addressed

The webinar focused on four primary pillars of child safety within the school environment:

• NCPCR Guidelines: Enhancing teachers' understanding of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) guidelines to help them recognize, report, and prevent any violations of child rights.
• School Safety Protocols: Empowering educators to execute robust safety and security procedures to maintain a child-friendly, protected campus.
• Legal Literacy (POCSO Act): Providing a comprehensive overview of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, emphasizing the mandatory legal responsibilities of educators.
• Actionable Strategies: Formulating seamless, day-to-day safeguarding procedures to effectively implement POCSO mandates across all DoE schools.

Session Highlights & Proceedings

1. Understanding Child Rights & NCPCR Guidelines

The session opened with an in-depth discussion on the structural framework governing child rights in India. Experts from the Delhi Police highlighted the indicators of child rights violations and detailed the step-by-step reporting mechanism that teachers must follow when a violation is identified within or outside the school premises.

2. Institutional Safety & Security Protocols

This segment provided practical blueprints for creating a zero-harm school environment. The discussion covered physical security measures, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for student transit, emotional safety, and monitoring protocols to eliminate blind spots within school campuses.

3. Legal Mandates: The POCSO Act

A dedicated legal briefing focused heavily on the POCSO Act. The speakers clarified that educators have a mandatory reporting duty under the law. The session stripped away legal jargon to explain:

• How to handle disclosures sensitively without cross-examining the child.
• The legal implications of non-reporting for school authorities.
• Protection mechanisms available for whistle-blowers and reporters.

4. Q&A and Action Plan Formulation

The final portion of the webinar was highly interactive. Teachers raised specific scenario-based questions regarding digital safety, peer-to-peer bullying, and navigating delicate conversations with parents. The webinar concluded with a summary of actionable strategies for seamless policy implementation at the institutional level.

1. The training reinforced that teachers are the first line of defense in child protection. Under legal frameworks like the POCSO Act, reporting a suspected violation is not a matter of institutional discretion, but a binding legal obligation.
2. Towards the end of the session the teachers were provided with a Whatsapp link to join for further activities to be conducted by them at their respective schools. These teachers a now addressed as Master Trainers.

Following instructions are given to Master Trainers along with Child safety manual and Digital Comic for classes V-XII.

1. Every Friday a child safety activity will be circulated digitally to the group. The Master Trainer must get it circulated digitally to parents. Parents are expected to discuss the activity with their wards.

2. Teachers will conduct a feedback session through classroom discussions to assess student understanding.  

3. Link of a Google form is provided on the WhatsApp group created for Master Trainers in order to mark the attendance of the students who have been a part of the above mentioned activity

4. A detailed weekly activity schedule for the month of July has been shared for systematic implementation in schools.

5. Schools are instructed to conduct regular POCSO awareness & Child Protection sensitisation programmes for both students and staff members to strengthen a culture of safety and vigilance.

​ECHOES OF YESTERDAY: GRANDMOTHER’S TIMELESS TALES (STORY TELLING SESSIONS BY GRANDPARENTS)

Stories are a powerful tool for teaching kids about the world around them. They become even more meaningful when narrated by grandparents, where wisdom and experiences help in shaping the young minds. The school invited the grandparents of Pre- school 1 to share the timeless tales which created unforgettable memories for our little ones. Echoes Of Yesterday: Grandmother’s Timeless Tales began with a heartwarming welcome to our respected grandparents – Ms. Jaswant Dogra and Ms. Suman Dutta, setting the tone for an enriching and joyful experience for the tiny tots.

Session 1

Session 1 of the storytelling activity was conducted by Ms. Jaswant Dogra to foster listening skills, moral values, and love for storytelling among preschool children. The children enthusiastically gathered to listen to a heartwarming story about a little elephant named Ellie, who never listened to her friends and elders. Because of her stubbornness, Ellie often found herself in difficult situations. As the story unfolded, children eagerly interacted, answered questions, and shared how Ellie could have made better choices making the session more lively and interactive.

Session 2

Session 2 of the activity was conducted by Ms. Suman Dutta. She narrated the classic tale of "The Thirsty Crow," where a clever crow used small pebbles to raise the water level in a pot and quench its thirst. The story was narrated with expressive voice modulation and actions, keeping the children actively involved throughout the session.

The children enthusiastically answered questions, predicted what would happen next, and discussed the crow's clever idea.

The storytelling session encouraged attentive listening, imagination, and thoughtful discussions. Through this engaging activity, children learned valuable morals, critical thinking, and active participation while making learning enjoyable. It provided a platform for the exchange of wisdom, experiences, and values, enriching the lives of both the children and the grandparents.

​CLASSES IV AND V - WORKSHOP ON POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR AND LIFE SKILLS
Dates: 07 & 08 July 2026

A Positive Behaviour and Life Skills workshop was organised by the Counselling Cell for the students of Classes IV & V on 07 & 08 July 2026 respectively in the school auditorium.

The aim of the workshop was to encourage responsible, respectful and empathetic behaviour in school. The interactive session aimed to help students understand how their actions and choices contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The workshop covered important topics including responsibility, teamwork, classroom conduct, respect, empathy, personal space, accepting and respecting others for who they are, and the difference between joking and bullying. Through a PowerPoint presentation, discussions, and relatable scenarios, students explored these concepts and learned how to apply them in their daily school life. Special emphasis was placed on understanding that a joke is meant to make everyone laugh and feel included, whereas bullying is intentional, repeated behaviour that hurts, excludes, or upsets others. Students were encouraged to reflect on how their words and actions can impact others and to make thoughtful, kind choices in their daily interactions.

To make the session interactive and enjoyable, an engaging quiz was conducted at the end of the workshop. Students enthusiastically participated by answering scenario-based questions, identifying positive behaviours, and sharing thoughtful responses. The quiz reinforced the concepts covered during the session while encouraging active participation and teamwork.

The workshop concluded with a brief recap of the key takeaways and students committing to practise these positive behaviours in their everyday interactions.

​CLASS : PRE-SCHOOL1 ACTIVITY - HYGIENE HEROES – PERSONAL HYGIENE PARADE

The "Hygiene Heroes – Personal Hygiene Parade" activity was conducted to help preschool children understand the importance of personal hygiene through fun and interactive learning. Children visited different hygiene stations where they practiced healthy habits such as proper hand-washing, brushing teeth, using a handkerchief, combing their hair, and keeping their nails clean. They enthusiastically participated in role-play activities and learned how these daily habits help keep them healthy and prevent the spread of germs.

A special "Pepper Germ Experiment" made learning even more exciting. Pepper sprinkled on water represented germs. When children dipped a finger into the water, the "germs" remained, but when they dipped a finger coated with soap, the pepper quickly moved away. This simple science activity helped children understand how soap removes germs and why washing hands properly with soap is essential for staying healthy.

The activity encouraged children to develop good hygiene routines, build self-care skills, and gain confidence in taking care of themselves. It was an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience that promoted cleanliness, healthy living, and responsible habits from an early age.

​POCSO TRAINING FOR NEW MALE STAFF
Day/Date: Monday, 06 July 2026

Objective:

To induct new male personnel into the school’s child safety protocols, legal responsibilities, and standards of professional conduct.

The training session was conducted by the School POCSO Committee. The session explicitly outlined code-of-conduct guidelines, focusing on maintaining appropriate physical and emotional boundaries with students, ensuring confidentiality, and upholding a safe environment across all school spaces.

The committee reiterated the school's zero-tolerance policy for any reporting delays.

Conclusion:

The training ended with an interactive Q&A session to address specific operational doubts, followed by documenting the attendance of all newly appointed male faculty and support staff.

CLASS : PRE-SCHOOL1 ACTIVITY - NEIGHBOURHOOD COLLAGE
Day/Date: Monday, 06 July 2026

The activity – ‘Neighbourhood Collage’ was conducted on Monday, 06 July 2026 for the students of class Pre-School 1 children to help them learn about their surroundings in a creative way. Children were given stickers of different places commonly found in a neighbourhood, such as a park, school, hospital, shop and house. They pasted these stickers on a chart to form a complete neighbourhood scene.

The objective was to develop their understanding of community helpers and places, improve fine motor skills through peeling and pasting, and encourage vocabulary development as teachers discussed each place with them. The children participated with great interest, recognized familiar places, and proudly showed their colourful collages. It was an engaging, hands-on activity that combined learning with creativity and helped build their awareness of the world around them.

CLASS : PRE-SCHOOL1 ACTIVITY - POUR AND EXPLORE (WATER PLAY)

The “Pour and Explore” water play activity was conducted for pre-school children, where they were given safe tools like cups, bowls, and droppers to freely pour and transfer water. The objective was to develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and sensory awareness while introducing basic concepts of empty/full and more/less. Children actively participated with excitement, squeezing droppers and filling containers under teacher supervision, and the activity helped improve their finger grip, social skills through sharing and turn-taking, and sensory exploration. It was a fun, hands-on learning experience that all children enjoyed thoroughly.

In alignment with the recent guidelines from the Directorate of Education, GNCT of Delhi, Delhi Public School, Dwarka successfully conducted a Mega Tree Plantation Drive on Friday, 03 July 2026. The initiative aimed to contribute to the city-wide greening targets and foster environmental awareness among young learners.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 30 students of Class VII, who actively planted a variety of native saplings across the school campus. The plantation included beneficial trees and shrubs such as Ashok, Aam (Mango), Moringa, Kathal (Jackfruit), Tamarind, Petunia and Wood apple.

The drive was led by the school's leadership, including Principal Ms. Priya Narayanan, Vice Principal Ms. Sushma Anthwal, and Headmistress Ms. Vanita Dewan. Alongside the Eco Club incharges, they guided students on proper planting techniques and the ecological importance of biodiversity. This successful initiative successfully instilled a deep sense of environmental responsibility in the students.

Objective

To orient and equip newly joined staff members with the core protocols and reporting mechanisms mandated by the Internal POCSO Committee, ensuring immediate alignment with institutional child safety standards.

• Protocol Overview: Conducted a comprehensive walkthrough of internal reporting structures and safety guidelines. Trainees were briefed on immediate escalation paths and confidentiality management.
• Doubt Resolution: Open floor for questions where practical, real-world scenarios were addressed. The Committee resolved all queries, establishing precise clarity on behavioral boundaries and identifying signs of distress.
• Staff Empowerment: Equipped the trainees with real-world case examples to ensure complete readiness and practical understanding of situational responses.

Conclusion

The session successfully concluded with all 4 new joiners fully equipped, sensitized, and prepared to maintain a secure environment and execute reporting protocols seamlessly.
