GUIDANCE AND COUNSELLING CELL:
Highly qualified and experienced counsellors provide guidance and counselling services. The counselling cell functions as a psychological service centre, offering support for children with learning, emotional, or behavioural differences/difficulties observed in school.
- Students are referred to the school counsellor by class teachers for preliminary assessment.
- Assistance is provided in terms of counselling and guiding students and parents.
- The cell suggests suitable intervention strategies to address difficulties.
- The cell’s scope is limited to an initial assessment, and parents are advised to consult specialists for further assistance.
Similar to the School Clinic, the Counselling Cell’s role is limited to immediate orientation and guidance.
