Registration for Admission to Class XI Academic Session 2025-2026

SCHEDULE FOR PROVISIONAL ADMISSION (External Candidates) CLASS: XI (2025-2026)

Limited seats are available in Science, Commerce, and Humanities stream in Class XI (2025 – 2026) under General/EWS/Disadvantaged category as per norms. Grant of admission for all students will be subject to verification of documents, fulfilling eligibility criteria, and clearing of the offline admission test conducted by the School.

The admission schedule is given below:

1. Online Registration Date: Tuesday, 28 January 2025 to Wednesday, 19 March 2025
2. Offline Registration for EWS/DG category: (Collection and submission of forms) Tuesday, 28 January 2025 to Wednesday, 19 March 2025 (9:00 a.m. to 12 noon on all working days).
3. Eligibility for Registration based on Pre Board Examination of Class X:
   1. Science Stream: 75% and above in each subject i.e, English, Science & Maths.
   2. Commerce Stream: 70% & above in both English & Maths (if Maths opted for).
   3. 70% & above in English and 65% & above in Maths (if Maths not opted for).
4. Please Note: (for all streams) Marks to be entered in the Registration Form must be out of 100. In case marks obtained are not out of 100, kindly use this conversion formula: Marks Obtained / Maximum Marks × 100
5. Verification of Documents: Saturday, 22 March 2025 (7:30 am – 8:30 am)
6. Date and time of Admission Test: Saturday, 22 March 2025 (9:00 am to 11:00 am)
7. Display of Result: Saturday, 22 March 2025 by 6:00 pm
8. Mode of Exam: Offline in the School.
9. Type of Exam in the following subjects: Written Paper: MCQ type based on Class – X CBSE Syllabus (for year 2024 – 2025).
10. Science Stream (Duration- 1.5 hrs. or 2 hrs.)
    • Physics, Chemistry & Maths = 75 marks
    • Biology (if opted for) = 25 marks
    Commerce Stream (Duration- 45 min. or 1hr 15 min.)
    • English & Economics = 40 marks
    • Maths (if opted for): 25 marks

1. All candidates are hereby informed that the admission to Class – XI is purely provisional. It will be regularized subject to candidates securing the above criteria percentage in the CBSE Board Examination 2025.
2. Guidelines For Filling Online Registration Form:
   1. Please visit the school website - https://www.dpsdwarka.com/dpsdwarka/
   2. Click on the link - Admission Process Class IX & XI 2025-26.
   3. SIGN-IN using your mobile number to register.
   4. Select the appropriate class for admission (Class IX or Class XI). Fill all the required fields and click SAVE at every step.
3. Please keep the below mentioned documents handy while filling up the registration form (max 1.5 MB each):
   1. Photographs (Candidate, Mother, and Father).
   2. Aadhar Card (Candidate, Mother, and Father).
   3. Original Birth Certificate of the Candidate.
   4. Address proof (Aadhar / Voter ID / Electricity Bill / Passport / Rent Agreement.)

5. Non-refundable Registration Fee:
   1. Online payment of Rs. 25/- towards the admission registration fee.
   2. Please keep your credit card/ debit card and other banking details handy for making the payment.
6. After successful transaction, a Registration Number will be generated.
   1. A Copy of the registration form will be sent to the Email ID entered for ‘correspondence’ in the registration form.
   2. Take a print out as a proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school. An SMS will also be sent to the number mentioned for ‘communication purpose’ in the registration form.
7. IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:
   • Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the software.
   • Only one registration form will be accepted for one applicant.
   • In case of corrections/changes required to be made in the duly submitted registration form, please follow the steps given below:
     • Login with your registered mobile number.
     • The filled Online Registration form will appear.
     • Make the required changes and save the form.
     • Review the changes by checking the form in Download/PDF.
     • You can download the updated registration form by clicking Download/PDF.
8. Kindly note that editing option is available till the last date of registration only. No changes/corrections will be entertained by the school after closure of the registration process. Parents are requested to keep checking the school website on a regular basis for new updates. No separate communication will be sent via sms or any other modes of communication.
9. Fee Structure:

   Fee structure for the year 2025-2026 will be notified in due course of time.
