Registration for Admission to Class IX Academic Session 2025-2026

SCHEDULE FOR PROVISIONAL ADMISSION (External Candidates) CLASS: IX (2025-2026)

Limited seats are available in Class IX (2025 – 2026) under General/EWS/Disadvantaged category as per norms. Grant of admission for all students will be subject to verification of documents, fulfilling eligibility criteria and clearing of offline admission test conducted by the School.

Fee structure for the year 2025-2026 will be notified in due course of time.

1. Admission to Class IX (Provisional)
   Admission is purely provisional and will be regularized subject to securing 85% and above in each subject (English, Science, Social Science, and Mathematics) in the Class VIII Mid-Term Examination 2025.
2. Class VIII Mark Sheet Verification
   The Class VIII mark sheet should be duly verified and stamped by the respective school authorities before uploading.
3. Guidelines for Filling the Online Registration Form:
   1. Visit the school website: https://www.dpsdwarka.com/dpsdwarka/
   2. Click on the link - Admission Process Class IX & XI 2025-26.
   3. SIGN-IN using your mobile number to register.
   4. Select the appropriate class for admission (Class IX or Class XI).
   5. Fill all the required fields and click SAVE at every step.
4. Documents to Keep Handy While Filling the Registration Form (max 1.5 MB each):
   • Photographs (Candidate, Mother, and Father)
   • Aadhar Card (Candidate, Mother, and Father)
   • Original Birth Certificate of the Candidate
   • Address Proof (Aadhar / Voter ID / Electricity Bill / Passport / Rent Agreement)
5. Non-refundable Registration Fee:
   1. Online Payment
      Rs. 25/- towards the admission registration fee.
   2. Banking Details
      Please keep your credit card/debit card and other banking details handy for making the payment.
6. After successful transaction, a Registration Number will be generated.
   1. Email Copy
      A copy of the registration form will be sent to the Email ID entered for ‘correspondence’ in the registration form.
   2. Print and SMS
      Take a printout as proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school. An SMS will also be sent to the number mentioned for ‘communication purpose’ in the registration form.
7. IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:
   • Form Acceptance
     Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the software.
   • One Registration per Applicant
     Only one registration form will be accepted for one applicant.
   • Correction/Changes in Submitted Form
     In case of corrections/changes required to be made in the duly submitted registration form, please follow the steps given below:
     1. Login
        Login with the registered mobile number.
     2. Access Registration Form
        The filled online registration form will appear.
     3. Make Changes
        Make the required changes and save the same.
     4. Review Changes
        Check the changes made in the form by reviewing the form in the Download/PDF section.
     5. Download Updated Form
        You can download the updated registration form by clicking Download/PDF.
8. Kindly note that editing option is available till the last date of registration only. No changes/corrections will be entertained by the school after closure of the registration process. Parents are requested to keep checking the school website on a regular basis for new updates. No separate communication will be sent via sms or any other modes of communication.
9. Fee Structure:
