CLASS: PRE-PRIMARY HOLI CELEBRATION


The students of class Pre-Primary celebrated Holi, the vibrant festival of colours with great enthusiasm and joy in the school greens. The celebration aimed to help children understand the cultural significance of the festival while engaging them in fun-filled activities.

The young learners participated in a creative activity where they made colourful handprints on T-shirt cutouts. This activity not only allowed them to explore different colours but also encouraged self-expression and creativity. The school greens were filled with excitement as the children proudly displayed their bright and cheerful artwork. They also coloured a booklet page and learnt about playing safe Holi. 

To enhance their understanding of the festival, the children were shown age-appropriate videos and were told simple stories highlighting the importance of Holi. They learned that Holi symbolizes happiness, friendship, unity and the victory of good over evil.

The celebration was a delightful and enriching experience for the children. It provided them with an opportunity to learn about our rich culture and traditions in an enjoyable and meaningful way.

    CLASSES: PRE-SCHOOL & EARLY YEARS 1 HOLI CELEBRATION

    The festival of Holi was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by Pre School students. The celebration aimed to introduce children to the cultural significance and values associated with this vibrant festival.
    The children were shown a colourful and engaging PowerPoint presentation on Holi. Through simple storytelling, they were explained the story behind the festival and its importance. They learned that Holi celebrates the victory of good over evil and teaches us to spread love, happiness, and togetherness.
    To make the celebration more exciting, the little ones participated in a fun spray-painting activity on Holi-themed sheets. They thoroughly enjoyed creating beautiful patterns with bright colours. The activity not only enhanced their creativity but also made the learning experience joyful and memorable.
    The children understood the beautiful message of Holi – to forgive, share happiness, and celebrate with love and harmony. The day ended with smiling faces as the children went back home happily, carrying colourful memories of the celebration.

      Holi known as the ‘Festival of Colours ‘ is a vibrant festival celebrating the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil.

      An activity अपनों के संग - होली के रंग! was planned for the students of class I on Monday, 02 March 2026. The students were made aware of the significance of the festival along with a colorful craft activity which they proudly carried back home. They were explained that this festival marks the end of winter, bringing new life, fresh flowers and vibrant greenery.

      The celebration fostered joy, camaraderie and inclusivity, while encouraging responsible and eco-friendly festivities.
